Vicki Bayer, retired superintendent of public schools, and Patti Clark-Stojke, retired educator, will present a program on what's next for public education and actions that you can take to support it. The League of Women Voters of Wisconsin (LWVWI) supports strong, equitable, and adequately funded public education systems from elementary grades through higher education. Explore how Wisconsin’s public schools strengthen our shared civic infrastructure, reflect our commitment to children, and uphold every child’s constitutional right to a free and equitable public education. Learn how to stay informed and take meaningful civic action year-round to support public schools—including advocating for school funding, referendums, special education funding, and tax transparency.
